If for any reason you are not happy with your sspeyewear.com purchase, please contact our customer care team at 866-827-SSP1 (7771) or 509-707-0068 within 60 days so we can make it right. Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 10–15 business days.

If you experience an issue with your product that is not considered normal wear and tear, SSP Eyewear will warranty your item by repairing or replacing the product at no charge.

SSP Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine what is considered a manufacturing defect.

Please note: Sunglasses can be submitted for a warranty evaluation if they do not contain prescription lenses.
