Refund & Exchanges - Hassle-Free Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a 100% refund.
Please call our office at 509-707-0068 or e-mail sales@sspeyewear.com to expedite your refund. To improve our business, we would love to hear what we can do better.
To allow us to keep our prices affordable for everyone, we ask that your item be unused and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please let us know your order number. It will start with the prefix "SSP". Example; #SSP4059
Refunds:
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your product, call us at 509-707-0068 or send an e-mail to sales@sspeyewear.com to notify us of the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges will not be processed unless you contact us in advance.

Product Warranty - Our Commitment to Quality
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sspeyewear.com purchase, please contact our customer care team at 866-827-SSP1 (7771) or 509-707-0068 within 60 days so we can make it right. Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 10–15 business days.
We are proud to say that we strive to provide the most premium products and stand behind them.
If you experience an issue with your product that is not considered normal wear and tear, SSP Eyewear™ will warranty your item by repairing or replacing the product at no charge.
SSP Eyewear™ has the sole discretion to determine what is considered a manufacturing defect.Please note: Sunglasses can be submitted for a warranty evaluation if they do not contain prescription lenses.
