SSP Eyewear Warranty Policy

30-Day Return Policy: Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in an unused condition, identical to how they were received. This includes all original packaging, stickers, boxes, and accessories.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within two weeks following our receipt and verification of the returned product.

Infrangible Frames Guarantee: Our Infrangible Frames live up to their name: if they break, we will replace them. It is that simple.

SSP Eyewear Limited Lifetime Guarantee: Our eyewear is guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product. Should you discover any defects, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratched lenses
• Damage from third-party alterations
• Accidents or damages not due to manufacturing defects

Exclusion: The warranty is void if the product has been improperly modified, misused, or damaged through accident, abuse, or misapplication.

SSP A-EYE lenses Warranty: SSP A-EYE™ lenses come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects such as cracks or distortion. Although our lenses have ultra hard coatings to resist scratching but like your favorite pet, they are not scratch-proof. Proper care and storage are essential for maintaining your lenses. Please note that our warranty does not cover scratch lenses, we offer replacement lenses, nose pads hard cases and lanyards.
